The Plateform
- A frame made of Stainless Steel (SS304) boc sections and channels
- Standard capacity : up to 150 kg per square meter
- Platform cover : ceramic tiles or wooden cladding max. 15mm, max. 27 kg per square meter
The Hydraulic Cylinder
- Integrated in the platform (300-400mm)
- A Stainless Steel (SS316) HC similar to the ones used worldwide for cranes
- Over capacity 60-70% for extra safety
- Rod lengths in function of pool depth (1200mm, 1400mm, 1700mm, 1900mm, 2000mm)
The Motor and hydraulic Pump
- A strong motor assures a smooth functioning of the pool move from the floor to the top
- Extremely compact : it can be integrated in the existing filtration area
- Hydraulic fluid : Food grade oil for extra safety
The Pulley system cables and anchors
- The platforme moves up and down (gravity) with a system (SS304) and delrin pulleys
- Bullet proof anchors secured in concrete pool walls stabilizes the movable floor
Magic Stairs Technology
- Each movable pool system is supplied with an astonishing stair system that fully retracts ones the pool is closed
- This ingenious system disappears inside your reclaimed terrace floor over the pool
- Minimal gap between platform/stairs and pool edges
A removable Hatch and lock
- Through a removable hatch we can access under the platform for maintenance and repairs
- In the middle of the hatch cover, the 500 mm pin lock can be inserted to releave the hydraulic system for long periods of closed pool or for security for accidental move of the floor
